The property is an extension to my current residence and is a separate annex. It has a separate entrance, separate kitchen, bathrooms and bedrooms.

I am looking for a polite, professional and organised individual(s) who will prioritise there tenancy contract. I am able to provide further furniture upon request. I will require a copy of your employment contract, I D and references which will help with the application.

The house is available from the end of month for tenancy. Unfortunately although I love animals I can not accept individuals with Pets. Also would not be suitable for familys. I will be looking for a minimum of 1 year contract with a view to extend further and a review at the 6 month stage, £1350 per month with a separate bond/deposit also £1000 which of course is returnable as per contract.
