You'd be sharing a 5 bedroomed modern semi in Moortown, with 2 bathrooms, south facing good sized garden with patio, off street parking and all mod cons with 3 family members, a chilled out friendly cat (who lives downstairs only) and another lodger when that room is booked.

There is a shared large kitchen/dining/living space at the back of the house with American style fridge freezer, loads of cupboard space, an island breakfast bar, dining table and air hockey table! A tv is present in both rooms. There is also a shared lounge with TV and piano.

It is a short walking distance to local amenities at Moortown corner, with a Co-op, Spa and BP 5 mins walk and also close to Sainsbury's, M&S and bus stops. A 20ish minute walk to the bars, restaurants and shops of Chapel Allerton or 5 minute drive.

We're not around too much during the week and would love to welcome an easy going, kind, professional into our home Monday - Friday. All bills are included other than any phone calls made on the landline.
