I am looking to rent out one double bedroom in my lovely flat in Moortown. I am living in Milan for a few months, so you would have the flat to yourself while I am away, although my bedroom will be kept for whenever I am back in Leeds visiting friends.

The flat is fully furnished, spacious and light, with a Juliet balcony in the living room looking out onto the communal gardens.

There is an en-suite bathroom with a bath/shower.

The bedroom has a double bed, a wardrobe and a bedside shelving unit.

The living area is open plan with a living room, dining area and kitchen all in one open space. The living room has two sofas, and there is a dining table with 4 chairs.

£550 per month including council tax, electricity (reasonable usage), water and broadband.
