I have a clean fully furnished double room at £400 PCM living with myself a short walk from the station which takes eight minutes into Central Leeds. The room comes furnished with a Wardrobe, set of drawers, TV and the bed frame raises for additional storage underneath.
At the back of the house is a large Beautiful garden that is a Sun trap during summer and it is also fairly private which is great as I am relaxed about nudity and keep the place clothing optional and promote body positivity.
At the front of the house is the drive for parking which is offstreet and there are also additional spaces at the side of the house.

Ideally I am looking for someone short-term so 3/6 months with potential to increase.

I am a 24-year-old creative who is laid-back relaxed about most things but won't stand for homophobia, racism, sexism and general ignorance. I will always arrange to meet you before agreeing to offer the room as it's always good to see if personalities match, as I want to remain feeling comfortable in my own home as equally as I want you to feel comfortable too.
