Lovely double room in a modern house

I have a light and airy double room available in my end of terrace house in morley Available from late october. There is ample on street parking, it is a 2 min walk to the bus stop, and a 3 min drive to the supermarket. The train station is also close by and the park is round the corner. The room is situated on the top floor, giving it a very private feel. There is a communal bathroom (full bath and shower) which has recently been renovated and I hardly use as I have my own en suite, kitchen,
living room and seperate chill out room (again allowing for privacy)... The house is shared with just myself. I am looking for a friendly, tidy person to share my space with. The house is fully furnished and all bills are included, including sky TV plus movies. I work full time and have a busy social life, I am very relaxed and happy to let the room out to someone who keeps themselves to themselves, but equally happy to share for someone looking to make a friend.
