Morley is a lovely market town situated two quick stops from Leeds railway station and a 5 minute drive to the M62.

Loads of pubs, bars, restaurants and cafes in the town. Also, Morrisons and Asda are local as are a number of good gyms. Town is a 5 minute walk from the house

The room is situated on the second floor of the house and is therefore nice and private. Fully furnished with brand new furniture including double bed.

As well as the wardrobe there is lots of built in storage in the room with storage for larger items available in the cellar.

The house has a shared bathroom and living room/kitchen.

Virgin broadband, washing machine, fully loaded TV. Loads of on-street parking.

Open to pets in the house. There is a lovely park next door to the house for dog walkers/runners and Morley has a number of other parks and longer dog walks within a short walking distance.

There is a friendly dog in the house which will generally leave you alone unless you like dogs in which case he may become your shadow. He has lived with other dogs and cats for years and is pretty chilled about them if you have either.

I play in a band so am out gigging most weekends and sometimes mid-week (CV19 permitting). I don't play/practice at home so do not worry. I do smoke but rarely in the house and never upstairs.
