Double room available in lovely 3 bed semi

I’ve got a double room available in a really nice 3bed semi detached house in Morley.

The house is a new build in a fairly new neighbourhood at the bottom of new bank street/king George avenue. It’s really close to the train station, there’s also cut through from our street to a snicket that leads straight to it, which saves even more time. It’s ideal if you back and fourth from town a lot and do t want fi drive.

It’s also based about a 5-10 min walk from Morley bottoms where there’s plenty of bars and things like that. The town centre is only 10-15 mins walk away.

The room itself looks out into the back garden which gets quite a bit of sun, it’s got a really nice feel to it. I used to have a bed (as the full
House was furnished) but the previous housemate insisted on bringing his own bed so I got rid of mine and then he took his own with him when he moved out.. If you would like to purchase your own bed that’s fine but if not I don’t mind buying one to remain in the room after you move out whenever you choose to do so. :)

There’s also a desk and some temporary shelves and a tv 🤣 There’s plenty of space for a wardrobe and double bed to go in as well, the room is a fairly decent size.

In the living room I have a tv, ps5, switch, n64, mega drive and an Amazon fire stick with the full works on it. This is all for everyone’s use. I also have musc production equipment and you’re welcome to use that as well (so long as you don’t get in the way of what I’m doing myself) :)

The kitchen contains an oven, stove etc, and an air fryer! Aka the most used item in there other than the kettle. It’s fkin mint. 🤣
Also got random stuff like toastie makers, a veg steamer, slow cooker, a mini keg beer pump and more. Also got a brand new hotpoint washer dryer which is also mint. Really handy for lazy people & folk who are less domesticated 🤣

As for the housemates -

I live with my mate Jake, we’re both into music and come from similar background and have both worked in hospitality for a long time, my background being Cocktail bars and his being a in Restauraht kitchens. He’s still a chef now whereas I’ve been working as a consultant advising bars and restaurants on liquid related endeavours!

I’m now in the process of setting up a menswear business which I’m launching very soon.

Hobby wise we’re both really into football, boxing, ufc etc, music and song writing/poetry etc. also love a bit of gaming! Got a few different consoles including some classics like the old n64! Been boshing a bit of goldeneye recently! Bringing it back in 25. Haha.

Jake’s been part of a hiphop group in leeds since mid 00’s and I was a Dj for ten years until around 2013 or so, so we both know a lot of similar people and things like that, but both very musically minded and are each fairly knowledgeable in this respect.

I’m also getting into photography and have just got a new camera, mainly because i have to take hundreds of photos of stock fir the business but the more I’ve been using it the more interested I get, so if you’ve got any skills in this department or in video/picture editing then I’ll be your best mate. 🤣

Anyway, essentially we’re just looking for a sound, tidy & respectful person with some similar interests to our own, id this sounds like a good fit for you then guve us a shout!
