Near to Normanton town centre, 2 minutes from station and right next the main bus routes, this house has a gorgeous modern kitchen / diner fully equipped for all your needs. Each bedroom is fully furnished with practical and comfortable furnishings.

- All bills are included in the rental price including superfast Virgin broadband, utility bills, council tax and a regular cleaner.

Your room is furnished to the highest standards and includes:

- Fully carpeted and insulated against sound from other people.

ALL bills are included, so there are no surprises. Council tax, gas, electricity, water, TV licence, superfast broadband and regular cleaning are ALL part of our service.

We are local, professional landlords who care about the safety of our tenants, so the whole house is fitted with the latest safety equipment including wired smoke detectors, emergency lighting and fire doors (which are also soundproofed). We try to look after you well by ensuring a personal service and fast response to any query or problem.

What about the kitchen?

The kitchen is fully equipped with a cooker and hob, fridge/freezer, microwave oven, and plenty of cupboard and storage space. There is a washing machine and tumble dryer and we also provide a vacuum cleaner and iron with ironing board.

We want to make it as easy as possible for you to move in and live, so we also provide pots, pans and cooking utensils and enough crockery, cutlery and drinking glasses for all tenants living in the house. There is a mop & bucket, dustpan and brush and various cleaning items that you might need! Although we also provide a regular cleaner for all communal areas.

Do I have to pay a deposit?

Yes, just £200 which is refunded upon check out as long as everything OK with room and up to date with rent.
We only accept people who are working professionals or on internships for our properties. References and background checks will be required on application.

Do you accept pets?

Although we love pets, we do not allow pets to live here. So you'll have to find another home for your pooch or moggy while you live in one of our houses.
