This is a bright, welcoming, peaceful home, with a large, social kitchen, a cosy lounge, and a huge garden.

The room on offer has a double bed with memory foam topper, a small bedside table, and two fitted double wardrobes.

The two other bedrooms in the house have en-suites, so the main bathroom, though open for guests, would be mostly for your own individual use.

This is a friendly, relaxed home. We respect personal space and also like to share the occasional meal or drink together.

The beautiful, Gledhow Valley Woods is at one end of the road and there's a large 24hr Tescos at the other end - best of both worlds; nature and convenience!

Oakwood village, with its restaurants, cafes, bars, boutiques, and gym, is a five minute walk.

Roundhay Park is just little further beyond the village.

Chapel Allerton makes for a lovely walk to through the woods.

Plus the No.12 bus stop, a few minutes away, is a quick 12minute ride into Leeds city center.
