The double room is light and spacious with 2 wardrobes and extra storage space beneath the stairs. The private bathroom is adjacent to the bedroom. The living room and kitchen are shared. The kitchen has a washing machine, fridge/freezer, cooker and microwave. The house is well refurbished, clean and kept in a tidy but lived in state.

There is ample on-street parking during the evenings and weekends with the help of no houses on the opposite side of the street. Situated ten miles from Leeds, Bradford and Harrogate.

Otley is a friendly rural market town with healthy music, outdoor sports and entertainment scenes. The town centre is famous for it's charity shops and stylish bars and cafes. Ten minutes from the town centre, the Chevin country park overlooks Otley covering a wide area of the hillside.. The Chevin and surrounding area are excellent to find a quiet space and or to explore. The area a draw to walkers, cyclists, runners and climbers..

The rent is inclusive of utility bills and internet. There is a tenancy deposit of £350 and rent of £500 per calendar month. References are required
