We have the middle floor of our town house available for rent from February onwards and We are a professional couple who are looking for either a single person or couple. If it is a couple we would ask for £750.00 per calendar month in rent.

The bedroom, bathroom and lounge area are completely private and the kitchen/dining area would be shared with us. We would expect you to be clean and always tidy up after yourselves.

We have a small dog who is very friendly so you would need to be comfortable with this.

Washing facilities available.

There is plenty of parking space which would be on the road.

There is also a garage which could be made available for storage if required.
