It is furnished with comfortable seating and dining space. There is large TV with NETFLIX,

The bathroom has plenty of room and has both a separate shower and bath.

The modern kitchen has a washer and a separate tumble dryer. There is a private patio area with seating and smoking area (for those of you who still partake).

The shared spaces are well looked after & there is a cleaner who comes and cleans the communal areas once a month.
