The house
Is a three-bedroom, through-terraced house located in a quiet street, close to a local supermarket and a short walk to the town centre and all transport links.

The room
is fully furnished to a high standard with a large built-in storage, a comfortable, high-quality bed, a workspace and additional relaxed seating. The room is carpeted and centrally heated. The room also features good wifi connectivity and a digital TV aerial.

The shared living room
It is furnished with comfortable seating and dining space. There is large wall-mounted TV with NETFLIX, Disney+ and NOW TV Movies included.

The bathroom has plenty of room and has both a separate shower and bath.

The modern kitchen has a washer and a separate tumble dryer. There is a private patio area with seating and smoking area (for those of you who still partake).

The shared spaces are well looked after & there is a cleaner who comes and cleans the communal areas once a month.

Included in the rent are all bills, council tax, TV Licence and maintenance.
