Double near Potternewton Park

I'm Lucia and I'm looking to rent out my spare room. I have moved south and need a new housemate for my lovely tenants.

The room is lovely and airy and has a double bed, wardrobe with 4 drawers and lots of hanging space, a shelf, a mirror and a little chair. Lamp and curtains included.

The bathroom is shared with one other person and has a shower over the bath. The kitchen/diner and living room are both very homely. It's in a really peaceful setting. There's a small yard at the back but there's more than enough space at Potternewton park which is gorgeous and practically next door. The kitchen has lots of cupboards and there's extra storage in the basement too.

I bought the house nearly five years ago and I'm looking for someone who is considerate and fun to be around for my current housemates, not just someone to occupy a room! This is my first home and I'm excited to find someone awesome to live there.

Sophie works as a speech therapist in the local hospitals and Shoko in pharmaceuticals. Both work very regular shifts.
The house is an easy walk to both Jimmy’s and the LGI.

In summary, I'm looking for a friendly, sociable housemate to share my home. Reasonable cleanliness and consideration preferred. Happy to consider professional guys and girls. All bills included (elec/gas, water, internet, council tax, tv license).
