I'm looking for a new friendly person to share my home with as my lodger/housemate has recently moved out.

It is a 3-bed semi detached house, the third bedroom I use as a work space. The available room has a double bed (With a hinged top and storage underneath) with a clean and firm mattress, and over-looks the rear garden and Leeds. There is also easy access to well-lit storage in the loft via wooden ladders. The desk in the pictures is not here now, but could be replaced.

The house has a rustic style, with a few modern twists. There's a small bathroom with shower/basin/toilet upstairs and a second separate WC downstairs. Lidl is a 10 min walk, we think Waitrose in Meanwood is about a 20 min walk, Chapel Allerton is about 15/20 minute walk. The kitchen has a gas oven, microwave, large fridge/freezer, plenty of cupboard space, dishwasher and a washing machine.

All bills are included (TV, water, electricity, council tax, gas, 100Mb cable internet).

I'm looking for someone responsible, polite, clean and tidy and someone likely to spend the odd evening in my company.

I'm a guy, maths teacher, late thirties and have a variety of interests. I enjoy the occasional night out, increasingly spending time making/fixing things, cycling, making music (in a none disruptive way!), gardening, recycling...
