Hello! I am looking for a professional to rent my spare bedroom in my home in Pudsey.

I live in the house as well so we would share the kitchen and living room, however you would have use of the guest bathroom, which is just down the hall from the bedroom, and I have my own bathroom.

The house was built in circa 1880 and is unique in that it is the back half of two terraces. It has had a full renovation, so everything is fresh and new.

The house is in a lovely area of Pudsey, just down the road from Fulneck and about a 15 minute walk away from the town centre and a 10 minute drive (or 45 minute walk) to New Pudsey train station. It’s also not far from woodlands and farmlands, which are great for walking and running. In terms of parking, there are plenty of permit-free spaces on the surrounding streets.
