Room to let

We are looking for a friendly and outgoing male to move in. Ideally somebody who is open and interactive and who has a good regard for tidiness and cleanliness.

We are 2 males between 25-45 and all work shifts. We are a friendly house who like to get together when we can and spend time socialising watching a film or having a meal.

This is a large double room with decent space. Furniture is provided i. e. bed and wardrobe including shelving storage.

The house has four bedrooms, one of which is adjacent to the room available, and two on the floor above. There is one bathroom on your floor with bath/shower and a shelving unit with personal shelf space.

All bills (incl council tax) are included in the £280 rent. The house has full gas central heating, wireless broadband and LCD freesat tv. living room are large and very comfortable

The house is located on the Pudsey easy access to Bradford or Leeds ..Asda and M&S are a 20 minute walk. The train station is a 15 minute walk and the nearest bus is a 5 minute walk and is on the Leeds-Bradford (72) route. Pudsey town centre is a 20 minute walk and has banks, post office etc.
