A decent size 2 bed, with a big kitchen (great for having people over), cosy living room, loft and cellar. Only 2 mins walk to shops, takeaways, gym, bus station, pubs, restaurants, and other amenities. 20 minutes walk to Pudsey's big ASDA and the train station.

The house is great, I've lived there for 4 years with a lodger, we've both loved it. It's down a quiet one way street but close enough to walk everywhere. It's perfect for commuters to Leeds, Horsforth, Headingley, Kirkstall and Bradford with each being less than 15 mins drive.

The whole place is furnished, including beds, wardrobes, a TV, sofas, and there is already a sky box if you'd like to pay for the monthly subscription. The kitchen has a fridge freezer, a nice big rangemaster oven and a washing machine, as well as space for a dishwasher and dryer if you'd like one. The bathroom was put in new when I moved in, the beds are really comfy (one king, one double), and on top of this there is loads of cupboard space throughout the whole house, plus some utensils and pans etc too.

The rent is negotiable for the right person but I'm initially looking at £425 including bills. Moving in would ideally be any time in the next few weeks.
