I'm moving out of this great house share as I've decided to leave my job and go off travelling for a bit.
You'd be sharing with three other girls. Everyone is really friendly and sociable, but we also all do our own thing too.. There's Amie (Marketing), Meghan (Primary school teacher), and Charlotte (Learning coordinator). The girls are looking for another professional who is sociable and chilled. Everyone is generally tidy and considerate of others, and would be looking for someone similar :)

The house is a three storey town-house. There are three bedrooms and a bathroom on the top floor, living room and kitchen on the middle floor, and garage and the available room on the ground floor. The room opens up on to the rear patio, so during the summer months you can be in and out of the garden as you choose, and it's very private, being away from the rest of the house.

The house is down a small side street and we have two car parking spaces directly outside, but there's plenty of parking on the main street. All bills are paid for and we also have a cleaner who comes every couple of weeks.
The location is great, as you're two minutes from Roundhay Park, and the bars and shops of Street Lane. There are a couple of regular buses into town and an Uber in generally costs about £8.

I have until the 1st Feb left on my contract, and the landlady usually runs contracts on a 6 month basis, so you could sign for 8 months if you wished. I can also be relatively flexible about dates if needed, so just ask :)
