The top floor space comprises of large bedroom, King size bed / sitting room, separate bathroom with large walk-in shower. Although furnished you are free to bring your own things if preferred and I can remove anything unwanted.
There is also use of the main kitchen / dining room, the main bathroom with large free standing bath and the basement area, which has space for the storage of bikes, camping equipment etc by arrangement.
A very quiet Road with both off street and on street parking. Mature gardens front and rear with both lower and raised patio areas and seating, lawn, woodland garden.
Based very close to Saltaire, local shops, pubs, restaurants, dry cleaners etc with good transport links to Leeds, Bradford, Skipton and Ilkley. Saltaire train station is a leisurely 10 minute walk and bus stops within a two minute walk.
It's a large quiet house with plenty of scope for solitude if you prefer your own company.
