Solvent Oddball Required For Eclectic Lgbt Share.

Due to various Lockdown relocations I now have three rooms available in the house at York Road, Seacroft, Leeds, LS14 6HP. Bedrooms are large!
Two bedroom have ensuite toilet and shower.

All rooms available 1st August.

I'm looking for individuals to join my lovely oddballs in a house share which has been running in total for eight years now. Current housemates are an actor, a young trans-woman, both of whom are lovely. I live in the house next door. The houseshare when full will be a total of 4 individuals.

The Old Lamb on York road was a pub until 1958, it is now a large private house, where I rent out rooms. We are at the entrance to Seacroft old village and close to Crossgates Rail station.
There is an Aldi Supermarket right next door!

The deal on offer is £350 pcm to include Rent, gas, water, electric, Council Tax liability and Fast Virgin wireless Broadband. Washing machine and dryer (in utility room).

Please note also that this is an Adults Only houseshare. If you are a person who would like to have your child stay over /visit sometimes I unfortunately cannot help you with accommodation. Although children are hilarious I don't want to be worrying about them. Sorry about that.

Please note also that the house is not at all swanky and new in it's furnishings :) Rather Victorian shabby-chic.
