Due to relocation, the lovely lady currently occupying the room is vacating at the end of this month. This means that the double room will be available to rent, in a lovely, quiet, and residential neighbourhood.
The house itself is a mid-terraced house with a garden in the back and the front. The rear of the property has parking space for two cars. The house has a large sized lounge which opens up into the dining area, adjacent to the open-planned kitchen. The kitchen is equipped with all the necessary white goods and amenities and has plenty of storage cabinets available. The house has superfast fibre optic broadband and is literally a minute walk away from the bus route to the town centre/University.
It would be really hard find another room with ALL the bills included, especially in today's climate (gas, electricity, council tax, water, Virgin Broadband).
The room itself is a large sized double room. The room has a double bed, a double wardrobe, a desk/table and a bed side table.
The master bedroom in the house is occupied by a professional male who is quiet and tidy.
There is also a third bedroom which is mainly used as a storage space, but also occasionally used by me if I come up to Yorkshire to visit.
I would ideally be looking to rent long-term to a professional, single or I wouldn't mind renting a couple either. I don't mind if you smoke, as long as it is done outside the house. I would prefer an open-minded person who is tidy and is respectful for the property. This is NOT a party house and am not looking to rent it to some alcoholic party person.
The financials are typical - I would need the month's rent in advance and a month's rent as deposit which would be refundable at the end of the tenancy, subject to any damage and deductions.
As an animal lover, I am always pleased to know that there is a pet in the house, so would be happy to consider well-behaved pets. You would of course take responsibility of any damage done by them.
