Looking for someone to rent my spare room and share my home with me. The room available is the pink and white one in the picture. It has bedside table, large chest of draws and wardrobe.
The house is newly refurbished throughout and is very modern with ample storage. There are 2 double bedrooms in the house and a study which i would be happy to share use.
There is ample parking available and a garage which can be used for storage.
The location is perfect; less than 10 minutes drive from leeds city centre, and Crossgates where there is a cinema, plenty of restaurants and shops. There is also an Aldi, Asda and Tesco within 5 minutes drive and several gyms including Excercise4less and JD gyms.
