Room for rent with easy access to central Leeds

Council tax band A - contribution to this will need to be made at £16 per week. All other bills including internet, TV and Netflix are included in the rent.

A cosy double room with bunk bed and built-in storage available in a clean, 3-bed house. We only spend half the week here, so the tenant would have the house to themselves for periods of time.

Full use of all facilities including open plan kitchen/dining/living room and shared 4 piece bathroom.

TV in living room with Netflix, Disney+ and Prime Video available with plenty of seating. We often spend a couple of hours chilling in there in the evening when we're here.

Kitchen has washer/dryer, dishwasher and fridge/freezer along with crockery/cutlery/cooking utensils etc.

The third bedroom is our study, and this could be made available to the right tenant on the days we are not working from home.

The kitchen and dining room, along with the garden, are nearing the end of renovations, and so there are a few quirks still in the house whilst these are finished.

We're looking for someone who is clean and tidy, respectful of the neighbours and likes to live in a relaxed house.
