If you're looking for a nice homely feeling house in a quiet residential neighbourhood with wonderful views of the city centre but yet not too close, look no further.

I have the master bedroom in the house which will be available from next month. There is a garden in the front and back of the house. There is space for parking 2 cars at the rear of the property. A large lounge which connects to the kitchen with all white goods (kettle, toaster, microwave, washer dryer etc). There will be plenty of space for you in the cabinets as well. The house has superfast fibre optic broadband (Virgin Media) and is literally a minute walk away from the bus route to the town center/University.

The room itself is a large sized double Master Bedroom (14.5 feet by 8.5 feet). It has a large wardrobe which almost covers one whole wall so you'll have PLENTY of space. It is furnished with a lovely designer king sized bed with a memory foam mattress, a desk/table and a bed side table. It also has a full sized mirror.

The other bedroom in the house is occupied by a professional male who is quiet and tidy. My current housemate has a Staffordshire terrier dog who is ever so loving and friendly. There is also a third bedroom which I use occasionally when I come up to Leeds.

I would ideally be looking at renting to a professional, single or a couple (can you believe I am not charging any more for couples!!) . I don't mind if you smoke, as long as it is done outside the house. I would prefer an open-minded person who is tidy and is respectful for the property.

If you like what you see, let's discuss your future stay. The room is available from 18th February 2019. I don't live there right now but I would arrange for viewings at a convenient time to the housemate, so should be flexible. I live in Worcester but will drive up to finalise things, of course.
