Looking for a housemate to share with 1 other person who is quite easy going, open-minded, friendly with a good sense of humour. The house is cozy, comfortable and quiet. Would suit mature students as well as professionals..

The room has a double bed with storage underneath and a large built-in wardrobe with drawers. We have a shared living room, driveway for car parking and also off street parking. Fiber optic broadband available and bills are included in the rent. The kitchen is equipped with a washer/drier, a large fridge-freezer, a small Nespresso coffee machine, kettle, toaster, small grill and also an additional small fridge.

This is a sought-after area with public transport links towards Leeds city centre, Chapel Allerton, Moortown, Harrogate etc. Nearby we have a local Coop and Sainsbury's within walking distance, where you can get most of the things you'd need. There are also 2 good pubs within walking distance.

Please note that this ad is for short term, although it can be extended on a monthly basis. Pets and couples will be subject to a higher rent.
