Two bright and comfortable double bedrooms available in Sherburn in Elmet – ideally located for commuting to Leeds, York, Selby and the surrounding areas. Excellent transport links nearby, with both train and road access making travel a breeze.

The rooms are fully furnished with a double bed, two bedside tables, and a chest of drawers. You'll be sharing the bathroom with just one other housemate (when I want a bath or the other room is occupied). The kitchen is well-equipped, and you're welcome to use all my pots, pans and crockery.

The house has a relaxed, friendly atmosphere. I’m a live-in landlord and easy-going – I get on with most people! Preferably looking for a working professional.

Rent is inclusive of all bills, including superfast broadband and Sky TV in the shared living room. There’s also a lovely garden – great for summer BBQs – and on-street parking available. There is a cleaner who visits every two weeks and will change your room and your bedding if you wish.

Room 1 is available Monday to Friday!
Room 2 is available all week or Mon to Fri!
