En-suite double room in duplex penthouse apartment

Hello....

I have a double room in a penthouse apartment at Saltaire in Shipley.

I'm easy to get along with I like to keep a clean and tidy home, enjoy the occasional drink either in or our out. Ideally looking for someone sociable but who also values individual privacy.

Advertised as a 7 day week let however Monday to Friday only is also available at reduced rate and short stay lets also considered.

Excellent links to Bradford, Skipton, Ilkley and beyond from Shipley train station and only 14 minutes by train to Leeds.

The apartment has two duplex bedrooms both En-suite fully furnished. To the ground floor there's a large balcony overlooking Saltaire,

Smoking only permitted on the balcony (Including vapes).

The complex offers a variety of facilities including a Gym, tennis court, wellness centre, yoga, outdoor chess board, secure parking, restaurant & bar.
