It's a lovely area and massive house I don't think you'll get better for the price.
The room is opposite my own and I work nights shifts so room mate would be expected to be quiet till afternoons or work night shifts. I understand that isn't for everyone.
The current room mates are laid back and keep ourselves to ourselves.
None of us drink. There are no parties and we mainly chill out by playing video games on PC. It's just a nice quiet house to rest your head after work.
The sofa bed is for reference but we'll be looking at getting a single bed in there or you can bring your own.
