Lovely Double Room. Peace, Quiet and Space..

Lovely, good sized, very well-furnished double bedroom in a charming, very well placed house, on an excellent quiet, safe residential street overlooking the thriving town of Sowerby Bridge. EXCELLENT travel links by bus, train, and motorway. 10 – 15 minutes from everything. Easy walking distance to most amenities including supermarkets, market, bars, cafes, restaurants, the canal, leisure gym and swimming pool.

Me - I am a fairly quiet, friendly and sociable woman who is easy to get on with. I love films and cinema, reading, walking my dog, food – in or out, dancing, singing, nature and all animals. I work from home but am out a lot too and I share my house with my very friendly, mostly quiet dog, and 2 sweet cats.

The Room - Clean and comfortable overlooking beautiful open woods and fishing dam at the back. Clean Bedding and Towels available at small extra cost (included if Mon to Fri). High speed WIFI, radiator, desk, lamp and Captains chair (for working and relaxing in). 2 drawer double bed, double wardrobe, chest of drawers plus built in cupboards and drawers, bedside unit with lamp and a long mirror. Clothes rack. Lock on door for your privacy.

The Rest of the House - Large, well equipped, very pleasant Kitchen / Dining room. Own food storage areas, separate fridge and freezer for your use. Separate Utility area with Washer and Dryer. Very clean shared Bathroom with shower (maximum of 3 people sharing at different times). Relaxing, comfy, elegant lounge with Smart TV and DVD player. Netflix but no Sky. On or off street parking, Suntrap Garden. NB the Lounge is not always available due to my work or privacy needs.

You - I am looking for a male, non-smoking, professional person (not trade) over 25, who genuinely likes animals and is comfortable around dogs. You must be fairly quiet, clean, tidy and considerate of others. Be private or sociable however it suits you.

Personal and Financial Refs and Returnable Deposit required (£350). One months’ notice needed when leaving.

MONDAY to FRIDAY NO PROBLEM. Price includes quality bedding and towels if wanted plus laundering by arrangement, room cleaning but no meals, TV with Freeview and DVD.
