Hi, my name's Lucy and I'm currently looking for someone to take the place of the second housemate in my lovely two bed flat later this year. The tenancy is due for renewal in October, the current housemate is moving out but I would love to stay! The flat is on the second floor (sorry no lift :( ) with two equal sized double bedrooms, a bathroom with shower/bath and large living room with open kitchen. The bedroom will be left unfurnished but the living space includes the comfiest big leather sofa. I work Monday to Friday 9-5 so I am around evenings and weekends, I'm happy to send pictures and get together to meet if you're interested!
