We have a large double room available in our home in Upper Armley. The room is fully furnished with a double bed, sofa, chest of drawers, and large wardrobe. It has plenty of space if you want to bring any of your own furniture as well.

The house has two other bedrooms, a shared bathroom, large kitchen with living area, and a patio area to the front of the property.

All bills plus any communal items such as cleaning supplies, included in the rent.

The house is on a quiet residential street with parks at both ends, and is very conveniently located for access to both Leeds and Bradford. There is plenty of on-street parking.

We have a small dog and are happy to rent to someone with a well-behaved dog - no cats or other pets though.

We're also happy to rent to a couple. The rent for a couple is £400 monthly.

Current tenants: we are both professionals, looking for someone who can fit into the relaxed and friendly atmosphere in the house
