Hi, I have a room coming available soon in my shared house in the centre of Wakefield. Available full time at £115 per week, or Monday to Friday at £100 per week, contractors welcome. There’s 3 of us sharing now and 3 cats. We’re friendly, sociable and respectful of others needs. There’s easy access to the M1/M62/A1 and a 10 minute walk to the train station & town. The room has got a double bed with memory foam mattress, swivel recliner and footstool, drawers, double wardrobe, under bed storage and ceiling fan. It has a network connected 42" full HD Smart TV & Soundbar. Full wired and wireless cable broadband internet with Virgin. We have all the mod cons - washing machine, tumble dryer, dishwasher & extra fridges and freezers. As well as the living room and kitchen diner there are 2 bathrooms, kept very clean, and a conservatory. We also have a large garden with canopy, decking with seating and heat lamps for a bit of luxury. There is ample on street parking and secure bicycle store available. Rent includes all bills and unlimited internet and no minimum stay, just a weeks notice. I am looking for a working professional who has been vaccinated and follows government guidelines.
