Live in Landlord - quiet and tidy with a dry sense of humour.
Would prefer tenant to be similar and respectful of my home.

My home is located on a newish housing estate, it is less than 4 years old and therefore in very good state of repair.

Close to junction 40 of the M1 (less than 1 mile away). Public transport links are good with regular buses to Wakefield, Ossett, Dewsbury and Leeds.

All bills included - Gas, electricity, water, WiFi, TV, etc.

Room - Freeview TV, bedding and towels available.

Sole use of family bathroom (I use my ensuite). Bath but no shower - attachment to taps can be bought if required. You are also free to use the shower in my ensuite provided that I am not using it or if I am in my bed! (Also saves me on my bills so I do prefer you to use the shower as opposed to the bath.)

Common areas - living room, kitchen and garden.

Kitchen includes fridge, freezer, washing machine, tumble dryer and dishwasher.

Living room has TV with Virgin (no sports channels or Sky Atlantic but includes Sky Movies). For the gamers I have a PS2, Xbox 360 and a PS4. You will be more than welcome to use these as long as it's not 24/7.

No problems with parking and I have a double drive which may be used as long as you don't block me in!

My favourite animals are giraffes. You will need to be able to cope with my collection of giraffe items across the house! (Not too in your face and not tatty)

Mon-Fri lets considered - I would give a discount - please ask if required.
