Hi,
I'm renting my spare room in a fantastic 2 bedroom apartment in the Mulberry House development which is ideally located in Wakefield City Centre right next to Westgate train station which makes it ideal for commuters to Leeds.
Looking for a respectful professional person to share my flat with, I am an active professional who works in Leeds City Centre. I workout most mornings at the gym which is 5 minutes away and spend most nights relaxing in the apartment.
The room is a decent size as shown in the pic, it is currently unfurnished so I will need about a week to remedy this prior to moving in. It has use of the main flat bathroom as my room has an ensuite.
All bills are included in the rent payment.
