I have a fully furnished spare room with double bed available to let that includes a private parking space.
It is a 10 minute walk to Westgate train station (10 minute commute to Leeds) and to the shops and bars. It is also very close to the motorway.
All bills are included in the monthly rent including wireless broadband, gas, water, electric, maintance etc. I have all the usual kitchen appliances.. dishwasher, fridge freezer, washer etc etc.
I am a very easy going individual with lots of different interests. I work in Leeds and tend to be out and about quite a lot with friends and family. I have 2 awesome cats who are very good entertainment! Ideally I would like to live with somebody who is relaxed and easy to get on with.
