Hi, I have a room coming available soon in my shared house in the centre of Wakefield. Available full time at £520 per calendar month or Monday to Friday only at £100 a week, contractors welcome. There’s 3 of us sharing now, ages 25-48, and my ancient cat Phoebe. We’re friendly, sociable and respectful of others needs. There’s easy access to the M1/M62/A1 and a 10 minute walk to the train station & town. The room has got a double bed with 10" memory foam mattress, electric reclining sofa, 43" Ultra HD 4k network connected Smart TV and computer desk as well as drawers, and plenty of storage. It has patio doors which open onto the garden giving you your own access, and has full wired and wireless broadband internet with Virgin. We have all the mod cons - washing machine, dryer, dishwasher & extra fridges and freezers. As well as the living room and kitchen diner there are 2 bathrooms and a conservatory. We also have a large garden with canopy, decking, seating and heat lamps for a bit of luxury. There is also ample on street parking and we're in a cul-de-sac so it's nice and quiet.
