Large & spacious room on the ground floor in this brand new fully refurbished house.

Teal Room
Extra-large & spacious room on the front aspect of the house having a window overlooking the street. The room has a very handy built in wardrobe with a hanging rail and over head shelf.

Damson Room
Another good sized room at the rear of the property overlooking the garden.

All rooms come fully furnished with the following contemporary furniture:
A stylish comfortable double bed with brand new mattress
Two bedside tables
Wardrobe and chest of drawers
Black out blind and curtains

*A bedding pack can be provided at an extra cost. Please ask if required.
Fortnightly cleaner provided for all communal areas.

Kitchen
The brand new beautifully finished kitchen comes fitted with an electric oven and gas hob, large fridge freezer, washing machine with dryer setting and dishwasher! Crockery & Utensils provided.

Living Room
The stylish lounge gives you the chance to kick back and relax on one of the comfy sofas and catch one of your favourite shows on the 40” flatscreen. The house boasts Virgin media TV and 100mb fire optic broadband.

Bathroom
This bathroom certainly has the wow factor giving you the option of either a ‘wake me up’ drench shower in the huge walk in shower cubicle or a relaxing soak in the bath with a glass of wine after a tough day at work.
