Hi there,
I'm 24, tidy working professional living in the Weetwood/ West park area, looking for a similar professional to move in. I enjoy playing hockey and squash and try to stay active during the week and weekend.
The flat is spacious with a generous lounge and dining area. the kitchen is fully kitted out and there is a dishwasher available for use.
The bedroom is large with 2 wardrobes, double bed with memory foam mattress and 2 bedside tables. Lots of on-street parking available and there is also a garage for extra storage.
The place comes with all bills included (council tax and everything). There is easy access to the Ring road and it is only 20 minutes in the morning into the centre (or there are bus routes and train stations near by for choice!)
