The guys in the house are very welcoming, one having been with us for seven years. We are Accredited Landlords.
The house has a fully equipped kitchen including washing machine and a fridge and cupboard for each tenant. There are two shower rooms. Full central heating, constant hot water. Common areas cleaned weekly. Each room has a token meter for its sockets for TVs, hairdryers etc.
The room is best described through the pictures - bit it is a very good size.
