The house is walking distance to a local shop and a 24 hour Tesco. The house has a decent sized private garden and private parking. The room is furnished with double bed, bedside table and lamp, large chest of drawers and a wardrobe. There is an aerial point in the room and a small TV with built in Freeview. The room is more long than it is wide but is a good size and viewing would be more beneficial. I do have a cat and a dog so a potential housemate must be ok with this. I'm a laid back person who enjoys cooking, movies and dog walking. Looking for someone who will respect the house and help maintain cleanliness. I am a smoker but there is no smoking in the house.
