Two cosy rooms available in our 6 bedroom house in Woodhouse. Rooms come with a closet and drawers for extra storage. Good views from windows. Each room has a bathroom right outside.

The house has a large shared livingroom with a flatscreen TV and an X-Box, also including comfy couches and kitchen table. Kitchen was completely redone last Christmas (see photos) and comes with a washing machine, washer, and dryer- in addition to the basics such as fridge, freezer, microwave etc. We also have a private backyard which is great for morning coffees and barbeques!

Currently living here is 4 male students all attending Leeds Conservatoire, doing music. We're all really easy to get along with and love a movie night as much as we love a night out. All really easygoing, clean and nice people.
