Large Double Room

Hi,

My name is Luca and I am an italian engineer working in Leeds. In mid November I'll come back home and I am helping my landlord, who lives in the apartment, to find a new tenant who will take my large double room and will sign a new contract.

The house has 3 bedrooms, a bathroom and a kitchen.

The room which is here posted is large approximately 15 m^2 with a double bed, a large wardrobe with many clothes hangers, a desk, a radiator, a chair and a super comfortable armchair.

The bathroom has a sink, a toilet and a bath tub with some curtains to have the shower.

The kitchen has a large fridge, an electric cooker, a washing machine, a microwave, a kettle and two toasters. All the pots and the tools for cooking and eating are provided.

The landlady is an adorable lady who is super friendly, polite, tidy, clean and is working with variable workshifts. So, the perfect tenant would be polite, clean and tidy. The landlady is open to all kind of tenants.
