The room is at the top of the house with an adjoining smaller room perfect for storage or extra wardrobe space etc. Comfy bed and views across the local park. There is off street parking and Woodleford train station is a 5 min walk from the house. So 15 mins into Leeds centre. Also v close to M62 and M1. To appreciate and get a feel for the house and area I would recommend arranging a viewing.
I am an artist, I work from the cellar in the house which I've made into a makeshift studio. I also work a lot in Manchester so you would often have the house to yourself. I have a cat who lives here too.
