Double room to rent in Woodlesford

I have a furnished double room to let in Woodlesford, it is a 5 minute walk to the train station so easy to get into Leeds etc. Parking included, there is a space outside the house, any visitors can park on the road.
There is a built in cupboard/wardrobe space and double bed with drawers underneath the bed. The white drawers and black mirror (if you want) will stay but everything else will be removed.
I have a one year old dog, as seen in the pictures as he likes to be involved 😊 dogs are welcome in the house but no cats. There is a small garden out the back and there are really nice walks and fields close by!
I am 27 and looking for a female only, I am clean and tidy and would like someone the same. Also it would be nice to have someone that is happy to have drinks/go out etc when we’re free! You are welcome to have anyone over in the house etc! I work from home and go into the office one day a week.
The bathroom, living room and kitchen will be shared with me. There is a basement for storage if you need it.
Kitchen is fully furnished with everything you need.
