Hi there. I have a double room available in my house, just over 1 mile from the city centre.

The house boasts separate dining room and living room (with a real wood burning stove),great for those cold winter evenings); the worlds most comfortable sofas; 2 bathrooms and of course 3 great housemates!!

The house is located on a quiet, no through road, with playing fields just at the end of it and easy access to Wortley Recreation Fields. There is a bus stop round the corner on Tong Road and the number 4 bus will get you into the city centre in about 5-10 minutes, with St James's and Whinmoor further along the route. There is an Asda Supermarket within walking distance. The M621 is about 5 mins away, meaning easy commuting along the M62 and M1.

In the house is Beth who works for a charity, Selam who works as a waitress and I have just changed careers to work for the RHS. We are all pretty laid back and tidy though not obsessively. On an evening we tend to chill out and a couple of us go climbing.

Rent includes all bills and virgin broadband etc.
