20 minutes to the coast at Brighton,or Gatwick, on the main London to Brighton train line, reasonable shopping centre, excellent sports centre, large Tesco, safe, some good pubs, close to the beautiful South Downs and surrounded by the Sussex countryside.
Burgess Hill is very well placed as a base with easy access to rail and road links. Brighton is close at hand and London a 50minute train ride. Gatwick airport is also only 20 mins by car or by train. Burgess Hill has many pubs, bars and a choice of restaurants covering all tastes. Burgess Hill is surrounded by beautiful Sussex countryside and the South Downs are easily accessible.
The rail & bus links to London, Gatwick Airport & Brighton are excellent. It is leafy with country walks nearby & parks & recreational grounds. There are plans to redevelop & upgrade many facilities and there is a lovely traditional Market Town feel to it. Average rents are ?120 for double and ?98 for single.
