Get as near as you can to the river for the best part of this area.
Brilliant and quiet but very very well connected to central London life.
A great place to live and very varied.
I have fallen in love with bermondsey! I love walking to the amazing Tower bridge in 10 mins and walking all the way around the sites of London on a sunny day. London Bridge has all the cool bars and vibrant atmosphere just 15 mins away from the flat. The people in bermondsey are really friendly too. The tube station being 2 mins around the corner is perfect too. I love having a big tesco too - makes life very easy!
Great location. Apart from being easy for every bit of Central London, it's 2 mins' walk to the Thames with iconic views of Tower Bridge and St Paul's, 5 mins' walk to old docker's inns on the river edge, a stroll to Borough Market and the South Bank, and easy for neighbouring Wapping.
Great place to live...very good facilities around for sport, restaurants, entertainment. One stop away to Canary Wharf and good access to City Airport
A safe, quiet neighbourhood which is very well connected to London. It's one of London's best kept secrets. Affordable and has a lot of character.
Lovely area great for walks, good pubs and restaurants near by as well as cinema, bowling and shops including Tesco. Safe and secure area with a family feel.
Canada Water is a quiet area, yet close enough to EVERYTHING. It is gorgeous, leafy and green close to the water and spacious with modern buildings and extremely safe!
A nice and quiet environment.
Shopping centre and leisure centre are very handy, direct links to jubilee line and central London, quiet and easy to travel around.
A friendly, chilled out area with lovely pub and bars around. The Blacksmiths Arms is a true gem and a must visit!
New overland station giving excellent well connected access to central London and Canary Wharf. The area has a good mix of shopping, pubs, restaurants etc.
This area has great transport links with the New Overland station just opposite the shopping centre and Canada Water on the Jubilee line being just five minutes walk away.
The area has been underrated in the past but has now changed with the new transport hub and shops and the area certainly has an up and coming feel about it.
Lovely area with lots of open green space and riverside walks and cycle paths--great if you enjoy the outdoors.
A bit out the the way with poor access to shopping, pubs, restaurants etc (calculate a 20 min walk to get anywhere locally) but very good value for money on the quality and size of property to most other areas.
This lovely dockside area of London is minutes from the centre of town by tube.
Surrey Quays is so accessible to town but yet you feel safe and peaceful with green spaces and the tranquility of the docks with stunning backdrop of Canary Wharf
