Catford

• Relaxed and accessible, great fun place to live.
• Don't be put off by what some people say about Catford - it's as safe as any other part of London! There's a very mixed vibe here which gives it a unique feel. It's a great place to live if you're looking for affordable life in London, food and essentials are cheap in the shops around here. Not only that but there are some FAB restaurants: Khanna (curry), Sapporo Ichiban (sushi/Japanese), La Pizzeria Italiana (Italian) Eastern Queen (Chinese) Nandos (chicken). AND it's in zone 3 with 2 stations and frequent services into central London. What more could you want?
• I lived in Catford for four years now. Great transport links into the city or west end.
• I love Catford!
• Better value for money than overpriced neighbouring areas. 11 mins to London Bridge !!! 5 mins to Lewisham DLR !
• Catford is definitely underrated! After living here for nearly two years, I feel that it has the perfect balance of a quiet, chilled-out atmosphere, yet is so well-connected to the city, it's less than 20 minutes to London Bridge! Peckham Rye is 7 minutes away on the train if you want more bars/pubs and a lively crowd. Personally I enjoy the ability to get into central easily, yet come home to a quiet, somewhat rural area. (The Ladywell fields park is a 5 min walk one way; alternatively Catford High Street is 5 minutes the other). This area of town is undoubtedly up and coming.
• Catford is a lovely place to live. Close enough to London to get to work really easily and far enough out to be away from the busy-ness when you want to be
• Catford is up and coming with new venues including a cinema opening in Summer 2019 Some of the best rail and bus services in South London Some streets are tree lined with a lovely rural feel to them

London SE6

• Quick and easy rail connections to the City and West End, yet away from the hustle, bustle and noise of central London.
• Lovely neighbours, where people look out for each other. Quiet with a good mix of people.
• With a reputation for being in the sticks because it has no tube, Lewisham is often underated. It is cosmopolitan with wide leafy streets and several parks. It has variety ranging from the bustle of cosmopolitan Deptford to the tranquility and restaurants of more up market Blackheath. It has the advantage of being within easy access of central London (15 minutes by train to London Bridge) and with excellent road access to the M25, the Kent countryside and Europe. It's great for shopping with busy local markets, including farmers markets, easy access to Lewisham, Bromley and Bluewater shopping centres. Home to Goldsmith's College and close to historic Greenwich with its parks, markets and university campus.
• Suburban roads in a relatively urban area. Family friendly surroundings with unlikely hidden parks.
