Belgravia
London SW1P
-
Superb central location with excellent bus and tube links. Boris bike stations all over the place. Why commute when you can live centrally and walk to work?
-
Convenient, extremely safe, near to stations and St James's Park, Westminster, Sloane Square. Easy commuting to City.
London SW1W
-
Safe and convenient central area within walking distance to The Underground and Buses.
Pimlico

Beautiful part of London
-
Pimlico where the very rich rub shoulders with the very poor. Supermarkets vie with street markets and walkers stroll through green spaces under trees and along the Thames.
-
Excellent residential area.
-
Lots of elderly long-term residents, young couples with children, pet dogs, a few council estates. More quaint than lively. Local big gym with pool. Vauxhall and Brixton have more going on, but Pimlico is a nice central place to live.
-
Close to all major Transport links, Tubes at Pimlico and Victoria and buses all over London from outside the doorstep. Pimlico is a great place to live with the exact balance of centrality alongside it not being too busy. Nice restaurants and niche bars and shops, fresh food and fish market as well as local butchers and all necessary amenities.
-
Pimlico is maybe the most romantic part of London, with great walks on the Thames embankment and lovely Tudorian and Victorian houses.
Friendly and well connected with the rest of the London, Pimlico is perfect for those with an above average salary looking for a quiet and are area to live in.
Victoria

Walking distance to many main tourist sites. Good for shops, restaurants and bars. Excellent transport connections.

Victoria SW1W is an excellent place to live. It is right in Central London with fantastic tube, bus and overground train connections, shops, restaurants etc. yet has beautiful, leafy St.J ames's Park where you feel like you're in the countryside and, of course, historical Buckingham Palace where the Queen lives and many events take place. We wouldn't live anywhere else!
