Brixton is one of those unique centres. a melting pot of cultures, ethnicities and nightlife. it's constantly buzzing, constantly evolving but the core values never change.
Brockwell Park is the jewel in the crown of SW2 plus you have the madness of Brixton to indulge in every now and then.
A great place to live, the local community have a real respect for family - but you must first show respect in order to be shown it in return. It's fun and eclectic and has a bit of something for most tastes.
Absolutely the best place to live in south London. Completely underrated, as safe as any where else I've lived (Balham and Tooting) and great for pubs and clubs. Love living here, infinitely more character than Clapham. In fact, I'm not sure why I'm telling everyone because I want my rent to stay as low as it is!
Brixton has plenty to offer, nightlife, places to eat, end of the Victoria line, 15mins on tube to Oxford Circus! 15min walk to Clapham Common!
A nice place to live !
Brixton is a bustling centre, filled with all sorts of great people and interesting places. Go a bit further up Brixton Hill, though, and the area has turned into a peaceful, leafy suburb.
Surprisingly safe - the rioting reputation is out of date. Turn up the hill, discover Brockwell Park. The market, town square, Victoria line into Central. Heaven!
Great places to eat, and Brixton Village is a gem!
Very up-and-coming, trendy area. Loads of variety for eating out. Market is fantastic. Lots of nightlife and very safe due to people out and about all the time.
A truly accessible location with a 'Real happening vibe' Its the place to be!
Awesome. Streatham Hill is the Notting Hill of South London
Streatham Hill has a varied cross section of residents, is very well connected transport wise, and is very green and leafy. Its an up and coming area and feels very safe & friendly. I love it!
Very easy to get anywhere in Central London from here
Tulse Hill/Brixton area is very close to Brockwell park, the jewel in South London. We are very close to several 24 hour shops and have great links into town: Cross the park to Herne Hill (15 mins walk) and you have overground connections to City Thameslink and Victoria. Get the bus (or walk for 15 mins) to Brixton and you are on the Victoria Line with an interchange to the Northern line at Stockwell. Take a walk to Tulse Hill station (15 mins) and you have a direct link to London Bridge. Whether you work in the West End or the City, we are very well connected.
